Homemade Pop Tarts

These breakfast treats are sure to sweeten up your day! After eating these, you will never look at store-bought pop-tarts the same again. Believe me when I say that these will be your new go to breakfast because these are so easy to make & super tasty.

  • 1 box of Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust
  • Strawberry Preserves
  • Frosting of choice
  • Sprinkles

  • Pizza Roller
  • Ruler
  • Fork

Before you start, pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees(F) and prepare a baking sheet

First, roll out your pie crust and square off the edges. It doesn’t have to be perfect!

Then use a ruler to measure a 8×3 inch rectangle. I found it the easier to use a pizza cutter for this process.

Finally, place your jelly on half of the rectangle. Make sure you leave a small gap between the jam and the edge of the dough. Then, put the 2 sides together, and use a fork to seal the edges. Place all your pop tarts onto the baking sheet and bake for 10-15 min.
