BBQ Honey Pulled Chicken Sandwich (Crock Pot)

Lately I’ve been craving some BBQ food, I’m talking Southern BBQ. So I found this recipe and twisted it to make up to my BBQ needs. This recipe is so simple to make (your 8 year old could make this) and leaves your house smelling good for days. The flavors harmonize in your mouth and you don’t have to be outside grilling in the heat. This is sure to be a fan favorite in your house, plus it’s great for on the go moms because it only requires 15 minutes from you!! Do yourself a favor and make this for a cook out or just your Monday Night Dinner.

* Takes 3-4 hours to make, Prep time 15 min & serves 10*

Ingredients-
2 lbs of boneless chicken
1 cup of BBQ Sauce
1/2 a cup of Dry Italian Mix
2 TBS of Honey
1 TBS of Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup of Brown Sugar
Salt to Taste
10 Rolls

Supplies-
Crock Pot
Fork
Knife

Step 1- Place the chicken breast in the Crock Pot and season lightly with salt

Step 2- In a large bowl combine 1 cup of BBQ Sauce 1/2, a cup of Dry Italian Mix, 2 TBS of Honey, 1 TBS of Worcestershire Sauce and 1/4 cup of Brown Sugar an mix until well combined

Step 3- Next, pour the mix over the chicken. Now cook the chicken in the crock pot for 3-4 hours on high.

Step 4- Once the 3-4 hours is up, shred the chicken with a fork & knife. Place it back in the Crock Pot and let the chicken soak up the sauce for another 10-15 minutes. This is the chicken can absorb the delicious goodness.

Step 5- Now that your chicken is shredded, place on rolls and enjoy the chicken with friends & family
