This Pico de Gallo is so fresh and tasty, I feel like I’m in a restaurant in Mexico. This is a great party starter dip or just a good dip with tortilla chips. We actually got the tomatoes from our garden, which put the dish over the top. I love the combination of all the flavor, they combine so beautifully. This is also a great way to cool you down on a hot summer day and all you have to do is chop some vegetables. We hope you enjoy!!
35 Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 Cup of Chopped Onions
1/2 Cup of Chopped Cilantro
1 Minced Garlic Clove
2 Tablespoons of Lime
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
Step 1- Chop up your tomatoes and add in your remaining ingredients.
Step 2- Mix them all together until combined.
Step 3- Refrigerate the Pico de Gallo until you serve it and enjoy!!
