- This dish is the perfect way to start your morning. With the saltiness of the eggs to the kick of spice from the Sriracha, it is sure to energize you! This dish is extremely easy to make and only takes 30 minutes to make.
Before starting, preheat your oven to 425 degrees(Fahrenheit)
- 2 avocados
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
Step 1: Take the seeds out of your avocados and place them in an oven safe dish. With a spoon, make the holes bigger in order to fit the eggs.
Step 2: In a small bowl, separate your yolk from the clear liquid. Add the yolk to one of the avocados. Slowly add the clear liquid to the avocado until it fills up completely. Add the rest of the liquid to another avocado. Repeat with the other egg. Add salt and pepper.
Step 3: For a firm egg, bake for 20 minutes. For a more runny yolk, bake for 15-17 minutes. Once done, add Sriracha.
