- 9 small potatoes
- 4-5 teaspoons of oil
- 10 curry leaves
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of turmeric
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of fenugreek
- 2 teaspoons of mustard seeds
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
Step 1: Chop and wash your potatoes
Step 2: Heat up the oil in a medium pan and add the mustard and fenugreek seeds and let it sit on a medium heat for 1 minute
Step 3: Add the chopped onions, curry leaves, and turmeric. Stir the ingredients and let it sit for 3 minutes.
Step 4: Add the potatoes and stir. On a medium heat and let it sit for 10-12 minutes until the potatoes have softened.
Step 5: Add the salt and chili powder and stir. Cook for 2 more minutes.
